How a profile reaches Pathway

Three steps, in this order, before any publication.

  1. Qualification interview

    A consultant meets the person for an hour. They go through the career history role by role and ask what was actually led, as opposed to what was merely witnessed.

  2. Background verification

    Degrees and certifications are checked with the issuing institutions. At least two professional references are contacted, including one former direct manager.

  3. Peer validation

    A professional from the same field validates the technical skills claimed. This step decides publication, and it can refuse it.

A profile only goes live after the person's written consent, and they can request removal at any time.

Are the profiles shown actually available?

Each profile states the availability declared by the person: immediate, after notice, or not available. We confirm it with them before any introduction, and we tell you if the situation has changed since publication.

Why are names and photographs shown?

Because an anonymous file cannot be verified. You can check a career history, look up a certification, recognise a company. Every published person has given written consent for this, and can withdraw it whenever they wish.

What does browsing the directory cost?

Nothing. The directory is open and requires no account. Cabinet Synergie fees are only due if a hire actually takes place, under terms agreed before any introduction.

What happens after I send the form?

A consultant gets back to you within two working days. They confirm the profile's availability, scope your need, and propose a first interview. You are committed to nothing at this stage.
