Privacy policy
This site publishes the name, photograph and career history of real people. This page explains exactly what is published, why, and how to request removal.
What is published on profiles
For each person presented, the site publicly publishes: first and last name, photograph, job title, location at city level, years of experience, availability, a professional summary, career history (companies, roles, dates, locations, achievements), skills, education and certifications.
These pages can be viewed with no account or login, and are indexable by search engines unless the person concerned requests otherwise.
On what basis this is published
Solely on the written consent of the person concerned. No profile can go live unless the date of that consent has been recorded: the site refuses it technically.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, without justification and without consequence.
Search engine indexing
A person may agree to be presented on the site without agreeing to be found through a search on their name, for example if they still hold a role elsewhere. Their profile is then reachable by direct link but carries a no-index instruction and does not appear in the sitemap.
Contact requests
When a company fills in a contact form, the site stores the company name, the contact's name, their email address, their phone number if provided, their message and the profile concerned, if any.
This information is used solely to handle the request. It is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
Trackers and analytics
The site sets no advertising trackers and uses no third-party analytics service. The only cookie set is the one securing form submissions and maintaining a session for firm members logged into the back office.
Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no request is sent to a third-party server during your visit.
Retention
Profile pages are kept for as long as the person concerned does not request their removal.
Contact requests are kept for the duration of processing, then archived. [TO BE COMPLETED: retention period chosen by the firm.]
Your rights
You may request access to information concerning you, its correction, its erasure, or the restriction of its processing. You may also object to its publication.
For a profile removal request, no justification is needed: unpublishing is carried out on receipt, before any further identity checks where the request manifestly comes from the person concerned.
