Pathway is the talent platform of Cabinet Synergie, a recruitment firm.

Why this platform

Recruitment too often plays out through anonymous files, sent one at a time, that a company can neither compare nor verify. We took the opposite approach: publish the profiles, with the real names and career histories, and let companies look before writing to us. That requires the trust of the talents, which is why verification and consent come before everything else.

  • No profile is published without the written consent of the person concerned.
  • No career history is published without having been verified.
  • No data is ever sold or used for advertising.
  • Any removal request is handled without delay and without justification required.
